What is Zhibah TV?

Zhibah TV is a streaming platform that combines movies, TV shows, and over 13,000 live channels in one place. You can watch on the web or on Android devices.

How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up at the top of any page, enter your email and a password, and verify your address. You can start browsing immediately.

Is there a free trial?

You can browse a curated free tier without a subscription. Premium features and an ad-free experience require a paid plan.

Subscriptions & billing

What plans are available?

We offer monthly and annual plans. You can see current pricing on the landing page or under Settings → Subscription once signed in.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We review refund requests case by case. Contact support within 7 days of being charged and we'll do our best to help.

Devices & playback

What devices does Zhibah TV support?

Modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), Android phones and tablets, and Android TV. Additional platforms are in development.

Why is my video buffering?

Buffering is usually a network issue. Try lowering the quality in the player, switching to a wired or stronger Wi-Fi connection, or closing other apps using bandwidth.

Can I watch on multiple devices at once?

Yes — your plan determines the number of simultaneous streams. Check Settings → Subscription for your current limit.

Content & live TV

How often is new content added?

We add new titles weekly. The Home page surfaces what's recently uploaded, and Collections highlight curated picks.

Why isn't a specific movie or show available?

Catalogs vary based on rights and region. If something is missing, let us know via Contact — we track requests.

Are live channels free?

Most live channels are free to watch. Some premium channels require a subscription.

Account & privacy

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings → Account → Change Password. You'll need your current password to make the change.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Active subscriptions will be canceled automatically.

How is my data used?

We use your data only to operate Zhibah TV and improve your experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.
